Planning Approval Obtained for Extension in Farnham
Approval has been obtained for an extension to a house in Farnham, using a design that overcame planning issues with regard to two storey extensions and close neighbouring properties.
The extension will provide, to the ground floor, a larger and open plan kitchen, dining and family room with sliding folding doors and glazed roof. To the first floor a larger family bathroom and an additional bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Building Regulation approval has also been obtained and construction has now started.
