A timber framed annexe with western red cedar cladding and cedar shingle roof. The existing house is of a chalet style, rendered. The opportunity was taken to create a structure that was softer visually and of sustainable construction. There is minimal use of cement or any wet trades.
The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, bathroom, store and living/dining/kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and exposed trusses.
